On October 17, 2016, our company was in the insulator of Guquan Converter Station of Changji-Guquan ±1100kV UHV DC transmission project. The project is located in Cuiyu Cui Village, Guquan Town, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, which is Changji-Guquan ±1100 kV. HVDC transmission line engineering terminal. Changji-Guquan ±1100 kV UHV DC transmission line project starts from Xinjiang Zhundong (Changji) and ends in Anhui Weinan (Guquan). The length of the line is about 3400 kilometers, the transmission capacity is 12000 MW, and the total dynamic investment is 40.729 billion yuan. At present, the world has the highest voltage level, the largest transmission capacity, the longest transmission distance, and the most advanced UHV transmission project. It is of great significance to promote the economic and social development of Xinjiang, alleviate the contradiction between energy supply and demand in East China, accelerate the transformation of resource advantages to economic advantages, and promote the development of UHV power grids and global energy Internet.

 

    The ±1100kV six-column parallel composite post insulators in our company are the key control products of the project. From the program to the finalization, we participated in 15 technical theme meetings organized by State Grid Corporation. Our company invested more than 8 million yuan in advance. The equipment transformation, testing machine transformation, product trial production, until May 15, 2017 in our high-voltage laboratory through the State Network company leadership, industry experts witnessed the test, the test was a complete success. Its successful development is the world's first product. It is the DC UHV product with the highest voltage level and the highest bending moment.
