Dual composite tension-resistant rod suspension insulator

Dual composite tension-resistant rod suspension insulator is a non-breakdown type insulator, with its shape similar but not identical to the composite rod suspension insulator. Dual composite tension-resistant rod suspension insulator consists of three or above different insulation materials, generally made up of epoxy primer pull rod(with or without glass/ceramic sleeves), composite shed insulation material and metal-ware.

This product is divided into one type with inside glass/ceramic sleeve and one without inside sleeve. The  inside glass/ceramic sleeve can prevent the core rod from climate impact, electric erosion and bird peck etc. It can protect the inside core rod, put an end to the brittle failure of the rod and lengthen the service life of the rod. Dual composite tension-resistant rod suspension insulator with inside glass/ceramic sleeve is a new type composite rode insulator different form traditional ones. It is connected by several units with identical mechanical intensity level, thus to reach the length needed in different voltage levels. The structural height is equal to the cap&pin suspension insulator and composite rod suspension insulator of same mechanical intensity.
